Former Vice President Joe Biden pushed back this week on millennials who say they have it tough, saying he does not sympathize with them.
“The younger generation now tells me how tough things are. Give me a break. No, no, I have no empathy for it. Give me a break,” Biden, 75, told The Los Angeles Times earlier this week.
“Because here’s the deal guys, we decided we were gonna change the world. And we did. We did. We finished the civil rights movement in the first stage. The women’s movement came to be,” he continued.
Then he became the President and Roe v Wade was overturned and wants to ban a social media platform mostly used by people younger then 40.
Typical lib belief that the civil rights movement and women's rights were things that happened and we can move on now, look, we even have MLK Day and International Woman's Day, what more do you want?

I mean, the idiots are taking away the treats from young people. This is like a 1789 level dumb move. Only capitalist ennui prevents it from a potential full crisis, and if another crisis hits at the same time it might be.
So many new voters have had their first betrayal from a politician in this too. Jeff Jackson (NC) built up a huge part of his base using tiktok and then immediately turned around and voted yes. Then he had the audacity to make a video about how he doesn't think it'll get banned without even mentioning that he voted yes lmao. This is the guy that ran on honesty and transparency because of course he did.
Everyone has to learn that politicians are ALL full of shit at some point but I still feel so bad for them. It's a crappy lesson we all had to learn eventually. I guess some of them are kinda lucky in a way to get to learn this lesson so early as voters. I didn't get really bitchslapped until my 30s
