The demand for artillery has diminished somewhat, since the war in Ukraine has altered its approach and is now more reliant on drone warfare, rather than the trench fighting of a few years ago.
No concept of cause and effect.
Also conveniently dismisses the fact that Russia has not stopped using its artillery and has been outshooting Ukraine throughout the entire war.
Otherwise they might have to explain how a 'glorified gas station' of a country could outproduce the entirety of the West's weapons industry.
