40-50 minutes if I’m lucky. Sometimes 30.

Around 2h30 out of 7 with Autosleep.
Don’t think I have gotten more than 45min with an average of 8h
I’m averaging 1 hour and 11 min. But I’m not sure how accurate it is
I’m 44 and my average is 57 min
My average is 44

Lol me too... hang in there
I came here just now to post a similar question. I was wondering how accurate the sleep tracker is. Using the sleepwatch app, it shows I rarely get above 4 hours per night. The built in Health app typically shows 1 hour more each night for some reason.
Makes me wonder if I have a real issue with sleep or if it's tracking wrong. your thoughts?
Go in health on iphone and post a pic of deep, rem etc
Average 12mins over the last 6 months.
There’s an amazing YouTube channel that covers how good the sleep tracking is for the Apple Watch, compared to medical equipment. Here’s his review of the Apple Watch 9
Nice! Very interesting! Many thanks from a fellow Hufflepuff
20-30 minutes
Using Autosleep, I usually get 0-45 minutes of deep sleep a night. Last night, for some bizarre reason, I got 2.5 hours. I slept HARD.
I usually average about 20 minutes.
Anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes each night
Apple watch sleep tracking is utter bullshit. Dont use it.
Like 45 mins. Similar for REM. I'm like 75% core :-(
I also average like 8 mini wake ups.
49 minutes average.
Average of 7 hours asleep, 35 min deep over the past month. 70 yrs old.
Well, my 6 month average of deep sleep is 0 minutes lol. In the last month I’ve averaged 8 minutes. I’m convinced this is wrong because I’m not tired when I wake up, nor do I feel exhausted during the day. But it drives me crazy seeing less than 10 minutes every night.
Sleep cycle is better than autosleep….( tested by the quantified scientist)
50-70 minutes.
I used to get 20-30 minutes. Stopped drinking and get 30-60 minutes of exercise per day now - took a few months for my brain to catch up but both deep sleep and REM more than doubled.
Averaging, 47 minutes.
Iv had from 4 minutes to an hour and 30 but mostly not much! Like 30 mins
Zero! Apple Watch 6. I can go weeks and maybe get a sliver of a moment of deep sleep to register. I’m convinced something is wrong with the algorithm or the sensor or whatever. Seems strange that I never have any deep sleep. I’m a normal, healthy middle aged guy. Yes, I’ve talked to my doctor.
6 months average 12 mins, my sleep sucks.
1h 36min last night. Never went below 1h. I’m pretty sure having good de-stress routine before bed helps. I usually do some stretching after shower.
I don’t seem to get enough deep sleep. According to my watch. I average around 20. But overall I seem to sleep well.
30-50 minutes. Never exceeds an hour.
1 hr to 1 hr 30 typically. Just an fyi to anyone that is questioning the data. I have three sleep trackers. Oura, eight sleep and apple watch. Oura always shows the highest deep sleep Eight sleep and apple watch are very close numbers but occasionally apple watch will show slightly lower deep sleep numbers.
I would say if apple watch is showing ~ 1 hr you are getting enough deep sleep. Any lower is probably a little on the low side.
Id be lucky to get more than half an hour.
30-50 minutes, if I sleep well 1h
Garmin is much more accurate with Deep Sleep figures than Apple.
Have had my watch a month.
38 minutes average a night, average sleep 5 hour 35 minutes
I averaged 55 minutes over the last week. I really only concern myself with time spent not awake.
around 40-50 minutes as a healthy 18 year old that does high intensity exercise daily and eats well
Average a nice round 30 minutes this last month
Anywhere from 0 minutes on a bad night to 35 minutes on a good night ?? no idea why
I don’t wear my watch at night but I can tell you that I sleep like crap most nights. 😂
Only got 5 hours of sleep tonight with 1h 40 mins of deep sleep. Pretty good! Average is an hour and five.
Last night I got an hour, Wednesday night I got 45 mins and on Friday I got an hour and a half
