This has given rise to a thought. The anti-adventurism reasoning I often hear is "think of the many decades of your life you could be contributing to the revolution that you're throwing away". But what everyone misses in that argument is that it should also be weighed against the forces of fascism that are taken off the board as well. Would this shooter have contributed to the left in the next 40 years what the late Charlie would've contributed to the right in the next 40 years?
