Milky Oolong is the GOAT.
I love it iced with no milk or sugar!
Oh, I've never had it iced. I'll have to try it.
But Milky Oolong is just a strain of Oolong, just to clarify. It doesn't have any milk but tastes milky. It's delicious.
Ooooh I have to try that! And yes, iced oolong is on another level!
Iced hōjicha is also very good, genmaicha is delicious both ways too!
I bravely fight British stereotypes by generally preferring coffee but I do love Lapsang Souchong which is a smoked Chinese black tea that tastes like a campfire but in a good way

I really like a pu'erh. A slightly fermented oxidized tea.
I got this tangerine puer that I really like. Comes all packed inside the rind and you can add some of the rind for more citrus flavor.
My favorite tea when I lived in Japanese was traditional (and unsweetened) cold green tea I could buy bottles of at a convenience store. It's an acquired taste but I grew to love it. If I was about town and I was in the mood - I'd grab the hot version. Probably from a vending machine.
I assume making a cold version at home would be pretty simple but my lazy ass can't be bothered. Also I'll hate any bottled version of "green tea" in the US because it's pumped full of sugar and sweeteners.

I must have made a similar comment at Hexbear years ago and I lamented my laziness. So maybe I'll actually learn how to make cold green tea. But don't quote me.

I love Moroccan mint tea. Green tea with a bit of spearmint, maybe some honey if you want it sweet.
I love anything earl grey, but my current favorite is called earl grey moonlight and has crème and blue cornflowers in it

unsmoked lapsang souchong. it's delicious. have only ever found it in asian markets in tins with 正山小種 on them and no english.
it's just like, the most intensely flavorful black tea you can get. love that stuff

just tried some chamomile, it was pretty interesting. not my favorite but made me feel healthier (not in terms of like, calories, but like medical health). it was very vibey and I enjoyed looking out my window at the trees while drinking it. thank you for the suggestion!

I'm partial to Tie Guan Yin and some other oolongs.
For flavored teas I like jasmine pearls and oolongs coated in ginseng.
I love Pu-erh tea of many varieties, oolongs are a close second. Greens are also very good, though don't boil the water if you try some. Water should be hot, but not boiling for green teas.

Mostly green tea. Dragon Well is my go-to, I find it very comforting and it has a cool name.
Though yesterday I had some Assam tea and it was really good, I don't drink a lot of black tea but that's my favorite that I've tried.
oh I also drink peppermint tea pretty much every night
I like to mix it up a little every now and then, but Assam is one I always find myself coming back to. I generally prefer my tea with a dash of milk and a touch of sugar or just plain tbf.
If you've never gotten into tea, I'd recommend trying just plain tea (most commonly sold as orange pekoe). It's good.
I like plain black tea, pu-er, and lapsang souchong a lot, but I think my favorite is actually chamomile.

Oolong. I like to buy the ito en teas my store carries has a nice earthy flavor it's so tasty.
Plain black tea, iced. I'm a simple man.
My favorites so far are pu'er teas that have been aged for multiple years (although the flavored ones are also excellent), Keemun black teas, Baozhong tea (very greenish oolong kind of taste), and cheap Vietnamese oolongs.

darjeeling, tie guan yin oolong, and the sencha that tastes like bubblegum i forget the name.
But in reality I prefer Yerba Mate, Canarias brand

Loose leaf black tea from Yunnan, harvested from younger buds. It's a little pricey, but it's so strong you can steep the leaves for several cups without losing much flavor. It tastes great with no add-ons, like cream or sugar.
e: Ooooh, I also like Japanese green tea, with dried orange peels, cloves, cinnamon, and cayenne flakes as an iced tea. I like it just fine as-is, but I usually add some sugar for my kids.
I quite like Earl Grey, Oolong, and Thousand Needles. But Twinnings (i usually drink better tea than this) has the Prince of Wales blend that I've always had a soft spot for. Unfortunately the Prince of Wales in question was Edward VIII.
I'd also recommend some of the Australian blends, especially mixed with native flora like lemon myrtle.
