The front woman's fingers and ankles, and the rear woman's face certainly look "AI suspicious".
Doesn't that chain link fence swap randomly between a grid and fish scales? That woman's index finger is severely clubbed if real. Why is there a weird shadow grid behind the fence? What's going on with the second lady and why does she have an ear for a face? What are the random metal gubbins in the left corner? Or the weird bamboo tower in the background? What's on her wrist? It's like a half-watch half-bracelet. Some shadows on the fence are strong and contrasting, some shadows aren't visible on the fence at all.

No I took a closer look at it and it is definitely AI using the crying AOC image as a baseline reference.
