if you edit the Google URL in your browser search settings to point to https://www.google.com/search?q=%25s&udm=14 you'll get web-only search results by default when searching from your address bar
you can also use startpage.com as a privacy-enabled engine using Google results, or https://udm14.org/ to get the web results without having to edit your browser settings
But adding fuck also brings up nsfw content.
