Looks like the thread from the last time Iran sent drones and missiles to Israel was posted around 11:00 pm Moscow time, if you'd like to coordinate your runs with a possible Iranian retaliation.

I don't think I could run 12K today, that's pretty solid. But also, you gotta get those numbers up, those are rookie numbers, in high school I ran 19K or so in one day. Which I assume took me 2 hours at least, since I never ran a sub 20 minute 5K or anything close to it. Watch out for bone splints though, they're no joke.
