you need to make absolutely certain they cover it ahead of time. my insurance promised (in writing!) to reimburse me for it and now they're trying to fuck me out of 1000 dollars

it takes time and they lost the first round of paperwork and i had to prompt them a few times to make sure the wheels were turning. huge pain, but at least i get my money back

I tested the water by coming out to a couple of safe coworkers. it was terrifying but a couple of shots gave me enough courage. 
New job, new insurance, gotta find a new doctor and hope they're cool with my self-medding. My last doc was cool - I just told him my dosages and he was like "yeah that sounds about right, lemme get your insurance to pay for it."
But he's out of network now, and I gotta look again and make sure my new doc doesn't ask me to go off meds for a "baseline".
Also bout to bite the bullet and learn to crypto to refill my stockpile.

it's wild that people go "hmmm. so is she a boy or a girl? she says she's a girl, and so does the only person who loves her. but the rest of her family (who are all incredibly abusive and torture people for fun) says she's a boy, and make a really specific point of doing so. this is a conundrum that i just don't know how to solve!"

I think it's fine to enjoy him, but I think his portrayal is distasteful. I shouldn't be served you saying you "decided not to get the surgery," as your most popular clip, when that's something I can only dream of right now. It also feels like he sexualizes himself constantly, which really doesn't help with people perceiving gender non-conforming males as sexual. I would like to not be harassed on the daily because of other people's fetish.
My bf is a femboy, but much more respectful, and doesn't appropriate my identity. I don't think it's fair for them(my bf) to speak on my struggles, but they do face their own issues in regards to their presentation, or with people using the right pronouns.

I'm not trying to exclude femboys from freedom from gender, I just want them to be more thoughtful about how their jokes will affect others.
