Plot twist, Uncle David is making the picture while eating pudding with Uncle David and his husband Uncle David.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 hours ago

That tweet is quite old, has anyone an update in them?

Not bad for their thirties.

[–] [email protected] 17 points 13 hours ago

Thank you for making me laugh.

[–] [email protected] 47 points 14 hours ago (1 children)

I don't know why but matching Uncle Davids, in matching shirts, with matching pudding is exactly what I needed today.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

But butterscotch raspberry pudding?

[–] [email protected] 11 points 13 hours ago

Eh, I don't have to eat it.

So it's like attorneys general, got it

[–] [email protected] 9 points 15 hours ago

The plural of surgeon general is surgeons general. The past tense of surgeon general is surgeoned general.

Wonderful, I would like to spend an evening with them cooking, talking about life, food, beards and stuff. Just looking at this picture makes me happy.

I really dislike when a couple shares the same name. Like, we get it, your name is Mike. But can at least one of you be Michael?

It’s all a bit much

[–] [email protected] 4 points 4 hours ago

Funny part is that it is not an issue for the couple. Most people rarely speak in the third person, nor forget what they personally have done.

Any it is often not an issue when the couple isn't around, as they get nicknames that are not used in front of them. (Girl Mike ans Boy Mike. Tall Mkke and Texas Mike.)

It isn't usually an issue when one of them is around as it becomes "Mike and you".

It sucks ass when both are around. "Hey Mike".

“Gender affirming Elliot Page hater” energy

[–] [email protected] 7 points 15 hours ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 8 points 12 hours ago (1 children)

They are referencing the person that dislikes Elliot Page's acting and was hoping post transition he would be better since they had been able to express who they were in their day to day life. They did not think that they improved.

Not sure how it relates.

It feels like a jeopardy category, "Things that are fine to say unless a bigot says it."

[–] [email protected] 12 points 16 hours ago (1 children)

Butterscotch Raspberry Pudding

[–] [email protected] 10 points 15 hours ago (1 children)

Also a partner with the same name and sense of style.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago)

A flannel shirt and a big white beard.

[–] [email protected] 32 points 20 hours ago (1 children)

I'm not a big sweets person, but butterscotch raspberry pudding sounds amazing

[–] [email protected] 3 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago)

I’m wanting Uncle David’s recipe.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 17 hours ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 9 points 16 hours ago

Who does uncle David fuck?
Uncle David.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago) (1 children)

Your Uncle married your other Uncle?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 15 hours ago (1 children)

One wasn't an uncle (to her) before he got married.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago) (1 children)

So this "David" man got around.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 15 hours ago

He got to at least one other David.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 15 hours ago

I love this journalist and stories of her uncles. Glad to see an image. 😁
