Yeah, it was the most expedient choice and sidestepped any legal issues. Pelosi and others still wanted to do a mini primary lol, as messy as it would have been
So like, if the US election was between a prosecutor/former attorney general and a convicted felon, and the felon won... Does that mean the US electorate just officially said ACAB?
No, because the prosecutor was running under the 'ACAB party' and the felon was running under the 'Law and Order party' according to a not insignificant part of this country

Winning for establishment Dems means keeping the big dollar donations flowing in. Which is the fundamental reason they suppress the left and progressive candidates, them winning causes the Mark Cubans to hold back on the big checks.
