Had a complete asshole patient tonight 😑. Weirdest insult I got from him, he called me malevolent and asked if I knew what that meant. But he was also good about my pronouns and had some gendered slurs to call me too, so ups and downs

I was thinking of this, but it's a different name.
In another life I had a patient misgender me then correct himself and proceed to berate me for - whatever it was he was going on about. Man was too angry about the co-pay on his Jardiance (or whatever) and the incompetence of All Women Everywhere Ever to get derailed by having bungled my pronouns.
