White collar trick: When you want to talk to your buddy, call them with your company line to their company line. People will think you're productive and important because you're always on the phone even though you're just goofing off with your buddy. People will also be less likely to bother you because they think you're working.
(Unless the calls are being monitored)
They're not, people are way too paranoid. IT is a shitshow they're too busy to spy on you
My company is about to spend a bajillion dollars on a product that monitors slack conversations and zoom calls ๐
