Consumers are increasingly confronted with conflicting information surrounding how much protein they should have and which protein sources are healthiest, most sustainable, and best value for money. Cambridge research has uncovered the truth.

I thought tofu was mildly problematic on account of the water usage, compared to other vegetarian protein sources?

Any plant-based food is going to come out massively ahead compared to any animal product. Even their worst case production is still better than the best case animal product production

Grass fed beef is better in some ways than a crop where they apply fertilizers that run off and create algae blooms and nitrate pollutions, and where the strains of the soy in question are GE to take more pesticides.

Pesticides are killing a lot more than we think, a major, if not the major, factor in 90 percent of the insect life on earth disappearing over the last 3 decades.

Remember in the 90's? A summer drive at night would see so many bug splatters on your vehicle you might have to use the windshield washer fluid. Now? Only a few. Something is seriously wrong here.

Grass fed beef in clear-cut parts of the amazon can only be in operation for a hand full of years before they have to move on because the soil is such poor quality it can't sustain the required grass growth.

Insects might stand a chance, but this is just speculation. And only if (as you say) you pick bad/worst case productions like, I don't know, maybe almonds or avocados?

Nope. They're not better than eating plants because they're animals. The environmental impact of farming crickets and of other foods. (taken directly from Mic the Vegan's video)

But most importantly it is THE WORST diet for the number of souls you torture and slaughter per calorie.

Totally on board with most of what your saying here and also with humanely treating animals/giving them rights, but bugs? I just can't get on board with them having rights. Unlimited genocide on mosquitoes. Not that I want to eat them. I just want them gone.

Soy, of which tofu is made, is majorly problematic in pesticide usage. It's one of the crops most genetically engineered to take higher pesticides.

Then you have the deforestation of the amazon concerns as well, to plant soy and raise cattle primarily.

It's crazy that you have a problem with eating a bean concoction but not the body parts of a corpse.

We're the only species on Earth that eats tofu. Even eating beans is uncommon because raw beans can be toxic. On the other hand, lots of animals eat meat.
