I nominate Hal from Malcolm in the Middle. He's not divorced at all.

Me! I don't have a wife, and my husband would never take the kids.

the least divorced guy is the wife guy reading this

It's whichever polyamorous dude has the most committed lifelong partnerships. I've got 2 so that makes me less divorced than most but I know some dudes with more. I'd guess the real limit is somewhere around 4 or 5

First we must consider which is less divorced;

Having multiple concurrent marriages such that whoever has the greatest marriage:divorce ratio is the least divorced guy

OR

think-about-it You cannot become divorced if you never get married. Therefore the most unmarriageable guy is the least divorced guy.

In conclusion I nominate Gomez Adams.

Gomez is absolutely the least divorced guy

thrice widowed man has entered the chat

[-] FlakesBongler@hexbear.net 8 points 1 day ago

Yeah, Gomez Addams is that husband who would die to protect his wife instead of just being like "I would kill for you, but dirty dishes are gross, you do that"

[-] ConcreteHalloween@hexbear.net 6 points 1 day ago

Therefore the most unmarriageable guy is the least divorced guy.

AW SHIT ITS ME!

Also yeah Gomez is a good contender, that guy fucking loves his wife.

I dunno, in the sequel, Breaking Bad, Hal got served with divorce papers at least thonk

[-] chgxvjh@hexbear.net 10 points 1 day ago

It's fine, they are all back together in Pluribus

[-] ChatPPB@hexbear.net 6 points 1 day ago

No it's no matter how ridiculous they're in whatever a name is.

[-] chgxvjh@hexbear.net 3 points 1 day ago

You can stop decoding the communism genom at any time.

Isn't it the difference in a fragility ?

I never saw that and then made it so I'm not surprised at all.

[-] Trying2KnowMyself@hexbear.net 5 points 1 day ago

Always fun when everything ends happily.

[-] orlando@hexbear.net 3 points 21 hours ago

They may nuke them in season 2 though

[-] ConcreteHalloween@hexbear.net 11 points 1 day ago

That's not canon. It has massive plot holes. Like why wouldn't Hal get Malcolm to help him with his meth operation? Malcolm could have cooked meth that would have made Jesse cream is fucking pants!

[-] chgxvjh@hexbear.net 4 points 22 hours ago

Malcolm would smoke all the meth himself.

[-] ConcreteHalloween@hexbear.net 3 points 20 hours ago

Resulting in him making even more and better meth

[-] Trying2KnowMyself@hexbear.net 10 points 1 day ago

Look, “fans” can make up whatever stories they like about why the sequels aren’t canon, but some day they’ll need to reckon with the fact that the sequels are better rated than the original series for a reason.

[-] ConcreteHalloween@hexbear.net 7 points 1 day ago

Wow! Real fake Malcom fan here! The sequel was critic bait, it lacked the authenticity of the original.

Look I actually liked the sequel, just not as a MITM sequel. They ditched the whole third wall break thing! If they had made it a standalone show I would have been fine with it.

[-] Trying2KnowMyself@hexbear.net 8 points 1 day ago

Just because the 3rd wall breaks got more subtle doesn’t mean they weren’t there. Your failure to recognize them demonstrates that you weren’t really invested in evaluating the sequel properly and speaks volumes about why you think it needs to be “a standalone show”.

Mike breaks the 3rd wall

because amerikkkans are tasteless hogs who love awful slop

[-] ConcreteHalloween@hexbear.net 3 points 16 hours ago

Seriously, always glazing prestige TV in it's feigned "brilliance", while ignoring true Proletariat works of art like Malcolm in the Middle!

[UlyssesT style rant about Adults In The Room Making Hard Choices]

[-] ConcreteHalloween@hexbear.net 1 points 12 hours ago

Malcolm in the Middle is about the children in the room making hard choices.

badposting is a comm where you post badly

This is not a !the_dunk_tank@hexbear.net alternative. This is not a !memes@hexbear.net alternative. This is a place for you to post your bad posts.

Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?

Rules:

  1. Do not post good posts.
    • Unauthorized goodposting is to be punished in the manner of commenting the phrase "GOOD post" followed by an emoji that has not yet been used in the thread
    • Use an emoticon/kaomoji/rule-three-abiding ASCII art if the rations run out
  2. This is not a comm where you direct people to other people's bad posts. This is a comm where you post badly.
  3. This rule intentionally left blank.
  4. If you're struck for rule 3, skill issue, not allowed to complain about it.

Code of Conduct applies just as much here as it does everywhere else. Technically, CoC violations are bad posts. On the other hand: L + ratio + get ~~better~~ worse material bozo
