Good point, like who is the journalist covering North Korea? They presumably don't live/work in the nation to witness these events, so do they have a guy-on-the-inaide who they telephone up every few months like "pssst.... What's new north of the 47th Parallel?"
Note: I couldn’t find an actual credible source for this, so I don’t think this is real. Saw one claim wildly different numbers, and the only links I found on this were to like TikTok and meme pages.
