GF sleep very fragmented, I worry, is it trauma? Is it stress? Is it sleep disorder? All three? I cry.

Life hard lately, dissociation beats me daily, makes living hard, I feel ashamed and bad.

Gf makes me so happy, so happy today we got to hang out. I have missed her significantly.

Just to be a littttle selfish. I hope she can just get a well night’s rest… My angel and my Engels 🫶💗💗💗
