Speed run strat: if you approach a toilet on the rear side you can no clip through the toilet seat and turbo shit directly into the municipal wastewater

The devs didn't put a proper collision mesh on toilets which is why sometimes your pee gets all over the floor

Don't knock it til you try it.

Benefits of a good composting toilet:

  • the flush never fails, in fact there is no water flush
  • never clogs or overflows
  • no pipes to freeze or bust or corrode
  • no backsplash to hit you in the taint
  • doesn't stink
  • does not add to sewage load or require any treatment -gives you fertilizer after 6 months of decomposing
  • you get to flex on libs who think they're saving water with a half flush or a "water saver" toilet
  • can be built/installed cheaply on almost any kind of land, as opposed to more expensive municipal plumbing connections or septic leach fields which are not viable on inclined and/or clay-heavy soils (most of this guy's "dealbreakers" are conditions that my org's methods could handle pretty easily)

I found a YouTube link in your comment. Here are links to the same video on alternative frontends that protect your privacy:

Are you running toilet.p or bidetD? toilet.p is just too manual for me

[-] em2@lemmy.ml 14 points 3 months ago

Wtf it took a screenshot instead

Instructions unclear and now there’s water all over the cat and the cat is not having it

A/B flush commodes are absolutely useless.

They leak by more often than a traditional gravity flush, the parts are more finicky, and often folks end up using the half flush multiple times, or use the half flush, realize it didn't evacuate the bowl, then use the full flush and negate any sort of water save.

If you have lots of poo to flush you use a pressure assist commode or a Sloan/Zurn valve. Bombs away.

how is this comment allowed here? we're trying to shitpost and this person here keeps flushing

I won’t take this slander of a proud Australian invention. It’s pretty simple it’s half flush for piss and full flush for shit. Not rocket science.

[-] microfiche@hexbear.net 1 points 3 months ago

I didn't say IM the one who can't operate one.

They leak, beyond people not knowing which one is which. Maybe they're prevalent wherever the hell Australia even is but wherever I am, they aren't. They're hard to find parts for because they don't sell. They're novelties here, and new commode flush with even better efficiency sorta negating the need for them.

They're the BetaMax of toilets.

[-] GladimirLenin@hexbear.net 6 points 3 months ago

you cant flush 1.5x your shit, instant bsod, dont do it.

[-] axont@hexbear.net 9 points 3 months ago

[-] Hohsia@hexbear.net 3 points 3 months ago

I’m kinda spooked, watching a show and they said “pro tip” just as I was viewing this post

[-] KuroXppi@hexbear.net 1 points 3 months ago

Was it the same pro tip? Because then it would've been extra spooky

badposting is a comm where you post badly

This is not a !the_dunk_tank@hexbear.net alternative. This is not a !memes@hexbear.net alternative. This is a place for you to post your bad posts.

Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?

Rules:

  1. Do not post good posts.
    • Unauthorized goodposting is to be punished in the manner of commenting the phrase "GOOD post" followed by an emoji that has not yet been used in the thread
    • Use an emoticon/kaomoji/rule-three-abiding ASCII art if the rations run out
  2. This is not a comm where you direct people to other people's bad posts. This is a comm where you post badly.
  3. This rule intentionally left blank.
  4. If you're struck for rule 3, skill issue, not allowed to complain about it.

Code of Conduct applies just as much here as it does everywhere else. Technically, CoC violations are bad posts. On the other hand: L + ratio + get ~~better~~ worse material bozo
