dems don't have power to do anything good. they only have power to do bad things, and to allow the republicans to do bad things. that's their role in the reality tv show of american politics. if the dems tried to do something good, their masters would immediately have them ousted

They don't actually care about the dude on a personal level, they just have a vested interest in maintaining the belief that killing people in power is not something one should do.
I mean, obviously you are correct, but it's so much easier than that. America can keep it's deplorable health care "system" and all insurance companies would have to do is ... checks notes ... give people the insurance that they've already paid for.
