it's a simple-to-learn, hard-to-master game in which you build on previous skills to solve puzzles; you use little factory bits to extract shapes from the map and send them to the hub.

the puzzle part is that you have to deliver the required shapes exactly (orientation, color, etc) and deal with different rates of input and output from various components. to do this, you will use reading, deductive and spatial reasoning, creativity, and eventually, math and color theory.

we should be back online now. Upgrade was smooth. Enjoy the new changes! Note, we still have next.hexbear.net, but it seems like sunaurus has stopped developing it. So, it is likely that the next major lemmy update will break it, and we will take it down at that time.

Also, I've created myself an admin account just for helping with upgrade processes.
