Yeah that kind of irks me. What an AI has been trained to believe is more 'cis looking' may very well be associated with traits that western society considers to be conventionally attractive.
Not sure I trust an AI, or even me, to make my photos look more cis. I can't put my finger on it, but it feels brainwormy.
Just because you have traits that bring about dysphoria doesn't mean there aren't cis women/afab folk who share said traits. Plus you also have to account for time of day, their mood, and if anyone else was messaging them at the time.
