Jones isn't not racist, though. When he's talking about aliens and turning the frogs gay, he's dog whistling antisemitic conspiracy theories. By "global elites," Jones means Jews. If you venture to the bottom of these conspiracy theories, they are always a roundabout way of blaming the world's problems on Jews.
Fox is more explicit with their bigotry, but Jones is saying the same shit with more theatrics.

The guys ranting on about it actually want corporations and C-suite MBA's running the world. They just think all the bad shit that comes with that is because those suits are Jews, and everything will be fine once business is run by "true white sons" or whatever.
