Unrelated but when else am i gonna talk about earthsea but man i was really mad when Miyazaki's son did that Wizard of Earthsea movie and it had fucking nothing to do with the book at all

but i guess it adapted a bunch of stuff from the 3rd book and im just a fake fan

They even adapted stuff from the 4th book. Very poorly. And missing the point.

I always thought Miyazaki was an ass for leaving the theater during the premiere and calling his son, who directed it, a child. That changed after I watched that crap, bro deserved prison time.
