Yea idk gow we got anything g resembling a pass last time but going forward now every other country is gonna understand any "official agreement" is completely useless less than 4 years from when it was made.
That's not new, liberals have been tossing that one out for forever
The difference was, prior to now other countries were still operating under an assumed US hegemony so they responded accordingly
China isn't bending the knee though, so that may not be the case for much longer
