Is this courtyard in CECOT just a result of red clay or something else? (CW: Possible blood)

I can't say I look at satellite imagery of possible corpse piles often, so I don't know if that's a reasonable assumption.

That looks really fucking strange. Especially because the rest of the camp is just grey
The northern soil is super red and ruddish mud can look a little like dried blood so I'm not totally sold, but I think it's super weird.
