Mmmm, yum, dried seaweed... I should cook with it more often
What did you cook?
My favourite dish, stuff in a pan lol
Just pan fried brussel sprouts, bell peppers, tomatoes, bean sprouts in margarine. I added salt and adobo peppers, garlic for seasoning. Also crunched up a bunch of dried seaweed and nutritional yeast at the end.
Oooh sounds lovely, I love brussels too.
I've had Palmaria palmata, also called dulse/dillisk so was wondering, it's very salty but nice and a good source of vitamins.
shout outs to stuff in a pan/tasty slop
honestly I can eat that stuff on its own by the 10s of grams (hey... that's a lot with those things...) . I thought about trying to make some kinda fishy jackfruit thing to see if I could make fish and chips with it, but not got around to it. it does have a good 'sea' flavour, and jackfruit has a fishlike texture, I'm on to somethin here
