Apparently they don’t have cameras in them. It’s still a very useless product though

Those things don't have cameras in them in the same way Alexa doesn't listen to you when you aren't talking to it.
The mini version apparently works with lidar their website doesn’t say anything about the bigger versions so you’re probably right. Either way who the fuck needs to watch tv while playing basketball 🤷♂️
