lol right, I remember how they paraded that one subway station to "nowhere", and then somebody did video of it a few years later where it's now in a middle of a bustling metropolis
What a weird idea to build housing and facilities before you dump a half million people onto a chunk of land.
Its sooo expensive and labour intensive to build subways underneath existing and occupied city.
