Almost certainly sublingual/buccal/just let it dissolve. Estradiol first pass just makes the E worthless (first pass is what happens to drugs that go through your stomach/intestine, it goes to your liver before going to the rest of your system and your liver is quite good at breaking down estradiol lol)
Buccal is a meme, I can't get them to sit on my gums :/
I've done it for babies (different med lol), you have to crush it up and just stick it way up there - ...like cocaine...

Yeah crush it up IF YOU WANT TO DO BUCCAL.
It will also dissolve on its own sublingual without the extra steps
I do sublingual atm, I heard somewhere buccal is better though...
I don't think it would be, I can't think of any reason anatomically why it would be better. Maybe cause it dissolves into your small vessels faster in your cheek? But that's down to crushing prior to doing it, and you could do the same with sublingual. Just try not to swallow the med. Also, missing one day or messing it up one time is no big deal, this is the rest of your life you have plenty of time to figure it out โก
