How's your sleep now?
So yesterday I skipped my sleeping pill and I ran out of prog. So my sleep was absolutely terrible, but my friend came over last night and gave me her extra prog and my sleep last night was amazing. So really it's dependent on the prog or sleeping pills however I'm trying not to take sleeping pills for possibly obvious reasons (addiction and withdrawals). I'm trying to get my endo to prescribe me prog now, I'm like 8 months into transition so it's a bit early but also not like... Absolutely beyond the pale.
My mood in general since I got on Spiro has just been pretty amazing. My anxiety is so much better now and my OCD symptoms are pretty much gone. Really blows my mind honestly.
