Since I started interpreting my doctors instructions right, and taking a doble dose of estrogen I have been doing much better. I am not nearly as depressed as before, almost not at all anymore to be honest.
Solution to all of lives problems: Just take some Estrogen, and if it hasn't helped yet, take more.
Sorry if this is too personal (don't feel obligated to answer), but how much did your doctor prescribe? I'm trying to gauge where my current dose is in terms of what other people are doing.
4 Patches of 100μg estradiol a week. Two at a time. You are probably not using patches, so This is probably a better adress to find information.
