Has anyone here used the internal family systems model for CBT?

Yeah, I've tried a little bit if that although I didn't know the name. The metaphors at work can be very helpful depending on where you're at mentally.

For me, switching up styles is pretty helpful. I moved from CBT at one point to ACT and found the change helpful even though overall I think CBT is a better fit.

So give it a try if you're interested

Lmao I'm mentally all over the place. Mostly dealing with OCD stuff but I've noticed that immediately this framework of thinking made me not take as seriously my intrusive thoughts which is basically the goal of ERP. I need to do ERP though.
