Jury nullification is an important logical conclusion of American jurist rules. This post will stay up.

My dad - who was an amazingly racist conspiracy theorist - gave all his money to 2 redhead women he started fucking after divorcing the woman he married after my mom died.

He chose not to leave me anything because I called him out for using the "n" word any time he talked about African Americans.

I'm out $150k

He is out having a legacy. My kids will never know his name, story, or hate.

A woman named Laura McCaskill used an Apple AirTag to track down her stolen Harris/Walz campaign sign, which led her to a home in Nixa, Missouri. When confronted, the young man's mother admitted that the signs in the trunk of the car belonged to her son, who she described as "just an idiot."

The incident involved the theft of around 60 signs from various homes in the neighborhood. McCaskill and other residents plan to file police reports, and McCaskill expressed concern about the entitlement and lack of accountability shown by the young man and his mother. The document also discusses the legal implications of stealing campaign signs, referencing Missouri Statute 115.637 which classifies such actions as a misdemeanor offense.

Hello world!

as the title says the server is BACK! It is hosted under a new server! The same map and your inventory is the same!

Domain is the same: minecraft.lemmy.world

Bedrock: minecraft.lemmy.world:1027

Please note: The new server is hosted in the USA so if you are joining from the EU please expect higher than before ping! This can not be avoided as the generous hoster doesnt have a server in the EU.

The generous hoster is @[email protected], thanks to him all this is possible.

The home limits are increased and there will be for everyone who wants it a new spawn where you can build from.

Thanks everyone
Rooki

The news mod team has asked to no longer be a part of the project until we have a composite tool that polls multiple sources for a more balanced view.

It will take a few hours, but FOR NOW there won't be a bot giving reviews of the source.

The goal was simple: make it easier to show biased sources. This was to give you and the mods a better view of what we were looking at.

The mod team is in agreement: one source of truth isn't enough. We are working on a tool to give a composite score, from multiple sources, all open source.

The estate should file the claim. They wronged her, not the husband. By having the estate file suit, that would negate anything the husband may have done.

My single favorite report was on this one.

Misleading title, it's not clear this is a parody post.

For those that don't know, it's a parody.

This is a rare exception to rule 6. Yes it's a video, but it does qualify as news.

Do you have any of the accounts doing the harassment? If you would, DM me those that you have, and I'll personally look into it, and reach out to instance admins with my findings.

I make ~$200K a year. As a father of 5, I wish I had not had a single one. I love them, but the stress of taking care of them coupled with the future of the planet makes me regret life choices.
