We tried to warn them with the war on Christmas, but they wouldn't listen. All that green and red? Clearly Hamas!

I love so much how every single time these "play both sides" genocide centrists play their game they get dragged by both sides. The left is correctly calling Mamdani out for supporting genocide and the right still thinks he's trying to implement Palestinian sharia law or whatever the fuck they think. As usual this social democrat is now losing the entire game because you cannot both sides a genocide. Appeasement is a worthless strategy yet again

Someone let her know that this isn't the Palestinian flag, but the flag of the separatist Sugondese republic.

bit idea: anti-american movement under a black and white flag, then walk into businesses to seek out monochrome signs and imagery and say how dare you use those colors. This menu offends me as a true patriot

Boy howdy, Mayor My Mango, looks like being """diplomatic""" and eulogizing violent, racist settlers on international paragliding day sure helped out! I'm sure those unhinged, violent, entitled racists will really lay off and support you now that you gave them one less piece of ammo. You know, ammunition they can just conjure out of the blue sky at will to start a controversy over nothing that their other racist allies will run without question any day of the week.

Because they're racist settler colonizers.... Who only give a shit about your skin color and last name and will murder everyone in Palestine accordingly.

(I fucking hate this shit maaaaannnnnn)

You know, this blatant virtue signaling bullshit - for the wrong side of history, no less - infuriates me to no end

Where was she on October 7th? How did that personally affect her?

Or better yet, where was she on 9/11? Was she in NYC like I was, watching a column of smoke rise a mile into the sky in my own fucking back yard, wondering why a school day turned into a building full of terrified teenagers wondering if their parents would come home from a work that was rather abruptly a new pile of rubble and what any of us had done to deserve it?

I never needed the slogan. I couldn't forget if I wanted to. I felt real fear and rage and for the first time ever in my life true blinding hatred for anyone who could do such a thing. But my city showed me better than that. We came together in a way that makes the train scene in Spider-Man ring more true than anyone not from there can really appreciate; you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us, and when there's a real need we will all be there to do the good, human thing. Because ultimately we are all human in one of the greatest cities to ever exist on the planet, and so why can't we enjoy it together?

I mourn for the innocence the entire world lost that day. That single excuse set all this bullshit in motion; Patriot act, citizens united, so on.

Bah. Just the ramblings of a cranky millennial approaching middle age.
