They're just seeing that these ideas are popular and co-opt them, as usual. It's not difficult to bastardized anything with a bit of lies and sell it to a layman.
I think they're trolling. They're trolling people who know what the words mean. And they're trolling the people who don't. Plus - the MSM will report on it and they can troll yet more with their official explanations.
