I also don't fully get what they're saying here. Are they implying that Harris will have scared China too much to do the military parades that they do every year? Are they trying to say that they wouldn't be doing a parade because the US would be at war with them and these soldiers would be at the front? Are they saying that the US would've just magically "dealt with" China and they'd be a good little western stooge, a bloodless and instant colour revolution? I just saw a video of the camera op at this event on a "hoverboard" in a full steadicam rig, flying around these dudes while shooting. I've worked in the industry for over a decade and fuck me I was impressed.
