Xi's speech was pretty clear, the world will need to make a choice between war and peaceful cooperation, and if they pick war, they won't win.

It's quite relieving to see, I have been a little worried that China will be willing to do anything to avoid WW3, including allowing the US to salami slice them into another century of humiliation, but it does seem like they are very clear now that they will respond to western threats and won't back down.
