If you want a revolutionary base to be organized, this is part of the route to that, even if it will get ugly and is full of contradictions

A search just reveals this meme, but no Fanon texts. I also searched a couple of his books with no results.

The writing style doesn't 'feel' like Fanon's, admittedly this is entirely subjective. What isn't subjective is when I search it, I only see other references to this meme and no references to texts.
