Kid Starver is probably the best name I've heard for him. It's magnificent, and it's really funny
Honestly all three names, Sir Kid Starver, Sir Queer Harmer and Der Keir Sturmer, are just so funny and accurate in separate ways.
There's also Kiev Sturmer.

I'm a fan of Der Stürmer personally. But I do like this one too.
Queer Harmer is a good one too
With the Der part it's not as easy to identify. Kid Starver is just hard enough I think
Kier Sturmer is also funny
It's funnier to say Der Keir Sturmer because his title is Sir Keir Sturmer. Sir and Der rhyme etc.

British twitter is full of local Ukraine flag dipshits, half of them assuring each other that it must be a Russian spy pretending to be Ukrainian, the other half deciding that the suspect is a relative of "pro-Kremlin" 
former Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych's former Justice Minister, Oleksander Lavrynovych, purely on the basis of sharing a surname (because naturally if you wanted to do a little covert terror you'd pick someone in your family who shared your name to do it with basically no opsec).
I wouldnt be surprised if they were pissed that Keith is trying to salvage a political legacy by throwing Ukraine to the wolves tbh
