I am reading Ranked Competitive Breast Growth by the author in the screenshot and it is a reference to that.
It's a Dorley Hall reference. I believe Typewriter Monkey wrote competitive breast growth in response to Dorley (satirising it in a friendly manner).
Cunningham's Law to the rescue! Thanks—this isn't my scene and the replies were a little confusing so I just gave it my best shot.
edit: By the way, would you recommend the book? Been trying to get back into reading novels.
I would recommend everyone and anyone read Welcome to Dorley Hall and it's sequels at the top of my voice until I run out of breath.
