I filter out all of those words from my feed. I still see a lot of political stuff but it's balanced out with a bunch of meme communities and such.

When people talk about people being jerks on lemmy I miss out on most of that. I'm here for fun.

I don't block much stuff, but I only subscribe to things that don't generally feature US politics. So I essentially have two feeds: All and Subscribed. Scrolling All can be exhausting...

I always scroll all but I was on lemmy when there were only like 20 posts per day
