I can’t remember who said this, but I recall someone saying it likely got banned because hexbear is also the name of some garbage cryptocurrency and this site likely got caught up in China’s efforts to keep out crypto scams. Someone should email the Chinese embassy and see if we can get the site whitelisted.

I think the crypto currency is called Hexcoin, not Hexbear. I worked a catering event for them. Weirdest shift I've ever done. I'm sure many hexbears will have read my writeup on it before.

Edit: Ah, damn. Nevermind. There is now a currency called Hexbear. Hex coin crashed.
