The Probate Division manages decedents' estates, trusts, guardianship of minors, and conservatorship of adults who are unable to provide for their personal needs or manage their financial resources.
Doesn't look like it, but Brittany Spears can tell you about the other horrors this bigot would have been able to serve up as "punishments."

That's hard to hold personal biases after seeing all kinds of people doing shitty things. It's natural for us to form them as we optinize our workflow, right, but toward such general groups like The Blacks (c) and The Gays (tm)? She inherited them and consciously kept them in her. I don't know how it affected her judgement in court, but at the very least saying stuff like that doesn't sit right with her job, even if it's said in person. It's like a surgeon telling an anecdote of them not washing hands after using a toilet.
