How low? You should see the same effects just at a slower rate iirc.
effects on the skin happen first. so body odor changes first, within the first couple of weeks, then your skin starts to soften, over the next year. for a lot of people, these happen from suppressing T alone.

Skin is hella soft and smooth now. Idk about dandruff didn't have that before.

Monotherapy is a thing some people do, sometimes with success. Even with spiro, supposedly its the E that actually lowers T levels and spiro just prevents receptors from using the T that is there. So it would probably just take a lot longer to notice any effects.
Fair enough, I guess it depends on the T levels you already have and/or if you had an orchi
