They are called transfem feet and transmasc feet. The conversions to Standard Burger Units (sbu) are as follows:

1 foot (transfem) = 1.1 foot (sbu)

1 foot (sbu) = 1.1 foot (transmasc)

If you're a transfem who would be 6' (sbu), you are now 5'5" (tf). If you're transmasc and would be 5'5" (sbu), you are now 6' (tm).

These new units could help marginally with height dysphoria, and the only tradeoff is being extremely confusing.

Thank you and you're welcome.

Americans will use literally anything except metric units

I am approximately 3/16 standard schoolbus length tall

and the only tradeoff is being extremely confusing.

Not even a tradeoff, it's already confusing if we're using feet and inches.

Just use Baker's feet. 13 inches.

i don't think i could tell someone with a straight face that i'm 4'12"

[–] [email protected] 10 points 4 months ago

That does sound very funny.

so funny story, I'm 183cm tall, which is 6 ft in burger-units, and I've ran into a few AFAB ladies who are taller than me and it always causes this funny tingle in my belly crush

can I use the transmasc units for my self if I'm transfem

Consider:

Height ~(transfemme,~ ~second_puberty_positive)~ = Height ~(AMAB)~ - |Average regional male height - average regional female height|

Height ~(transmaculine,~ ~second_puberty_positive)~ = Height ~(AFAB)~ + |Average regional male height - average regional female height|

This has the benefit of keeping relative heights. If you tall you're still tall.

But I don't want to be tall...

[–] [email protected] 4 points 4 months ago (1 children)

The transfemme height don't work. There is no positive term.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 4 months ago

height is the positive term I think

[–] [email protected] 5 points 4 months ago

Oh hell yeah! Now I'm 5'5"(tm)! I'm so tall!
