Exactly. The stage, as a venue, is cool. The building is not.
That's kinda what Vegas is all about though. Even if I were supreme dictator, I'd still let Vegas (well, Paradise) be pretty much as it is today tbh. "Special Economic Zone" or whatever like Macau.
