Death to America
Some people have a consistent schedule regardless of the day of the week. It’s good for your body since it doesn’t need to “reset” on Sunday night.
My consistent schedule involves sleeping until 8:30 and I don't even work anywhere laid-back.
That is not remotely true unless you live in a community where everyone is an early bird.
