yeah this is actually a huge group, it includes all the American GOP anti-ukraine people who still want to fund Israel. It also includes most of India and maybe some of the more reactionary people in China even. Russia used to have very close ties to Israel and a lot of Israeli citizens are dual Israel-Russia citizenship.
The group I doubt the size of is top-left, although there's probably a good chunk of western radlibs in there.
