rule #1: be kind
I dunno, getting into a sauna thinking about it as training for a heatwave kinda ruins the mood don't ya think
I don't think I have a mood to enter a sauna anyway, I hate heat, even if it's cold outside
The great thing about sauna is not the heat, but the jumping in ice cold water afterwards.
But you have to get into the heat first, which is the part I hate...
I do it everyday. Take a book, just close your eyes, play a podcast. Time goes pretty quick. Once you feel uncomfortable, get out and jump in the pool. It's great
I never really checked how this is possible when they were teaching me to wet my neck before jumping in the sea... And I will not check it now neither, I'm on a break, from... doing nothing
