This is the type of alien that you would see in Star Trek TOS because they had low costume budget.
not even one of the memorable ones even. The forgettable sort that are onscreen for less then a minute and exist solely to give a bottle episode some sort of stakes to keep viewers from changing the channel during the commercial break.
